Here's a myth for you: A blink of an eye ago (on a wider scale than trance-state humanity generally accepts) a nation :hell-bent on pride and ignorance: -with the military and monetary might to right- sailed its mariners into the mouth of a great river.

Along the banks -and somewhat closer to the river's source- the mariners of aforementioned, hell-bent, nation-state encountered folk who appeared to be insane. Unbeknownst to the ignorant seafaring troupe, the people they saw were doing one of the sanest and most invigorating activities available to humanity,

The onlookers decided to call it Shadow Boxing.
